Shadow icon faded in Director

Question

The "shadow" icon does not appear for users when they are connected through the VPN. After connecting to the VPN they access the link https: // server / director and the icon does not appear. However, when they access the app (RDP) from their physical desktops that are published in the Store and access this same link, the icon appears. Is it some firewall block or do you need some other configuration?

Then the same service desk analyst does the test connected to the VPN and connected directly to your physical computer through an icon published in the store for the same end user through the Director. Connected to the VPN the "shadow" icon does not appear and through the published icon that connects on your physical computer that is allocated within the company the "Shadow" icon appears

Another question. How do I enable or disable Shadow for a specific user? I mean, this end user can have his session monitored and another end user cannot have his session monitored.
