XenApp 7.15 LTSR Log off Script causes blue screen, but the session eventually closes.

The logoff script works fine on a regular desktop.  When the user logs into Citrix, everything is fine until the logoff.  Instead of the log off script launching the browser URL for clocking out, they just get a blue screen.  IF you let the session sit there without disconnecting, it completes the logoff in about 10 minutes, but the user never sees the clock out page.  I've tried IE11, Chrome, FIrefox,  all give the same result.  I've tried using a batch file and I've tried using powershell.  If I had my way, I'd just remove the logoff script.  As things go, the users insist on getting the clock out automatically.  Citrix is running on Server 2016, all windows patches are installed.  If a user is exempt from the logoff script, the logout happens quickly.  Any help is appreciated
