How can I disable Win10 Windows updates in XenDesktop

Andy White1709154166

Question

Hello,

I am using Win10 for our OS in XenDesktop and the Win10 desktops keep filling up their cache disk due to Windows updates running.

So I put a machine into maintenance mode and set the Windows Update service to disabled and stop it and sealed the image and push it out to find the damn thing running again when I log in.

What's the easiest way to stop this ever running? To update it I will just revert the change and update again.

I tried a GPO and I get the same issue.

A simple task is driving me nuts.

Thanks
