Old Desktop Sessions still active without user

since our Users had to work from home i have in my Citrix Studio many active sessions without username. 

They connect via RDP to the Terminalserver. Then they Logoff or disconnect the session. 

on my Terminalserver i have configured that the sessions disconnects after 12 hours (see Att.).


When i look in my Taskmanager i don't see this sessions. When i reboot my server the sessions gone.

What's wrong here? Why i only see them in the Studio? Anlyone same Issue or a solution? Maybe a Powershell script to kill them all?


My version is Workspace App 1912 ltsr

this is not a Citrix system. How come you're posting this to a Citrix forum?


You've posted a screen shot of a RDS connection broker screen, but with Citrix XenApp you don't add RDS hosts to a connection broker...

Because the Connection Broker does the same job as the delivery controller and when you add an RDS host server to a connection broker, it's basically handing over control of load-balancing/access control from the server to the connection broker. 


Also i'm pretty sure that that is not a Citrix-supported configuration....


I'd hate to have to trouble-shoot your environment... :-(
