Auto-generated printers in Citrix session default to double-sided printing

An office I support uses a Citrix based web-app for the operations. The auto-generated printers all have their preferences set to print double-sided, which must be changed manually with every job. Other offices I support have similar equipment and practices but don't experience the issue. I've tried UPD and full-feature drivers for Windows printing. I've tried many different versions of Citrix including Receiver 4.11, 4.12, and Workspace. However Windows printing preferences for single-sided are ignored. Unfortunately I do not manage or have access to the Citrix server as it is managed by another company.


Any help would be super appreciated. Thanks!
