Have not seen any errors referring to memory.  SSL errors could be caused by many things.   How up to date is your Citrix Infrastructure?  If you're out of date and users have installed a recent version of Workspace, the SSL Ciphers being used at each end may be incomparable.  If the clients are running Windows, I've has success in using the last Receiver LTSR package (4.9.7000) for my users to be able to access third party sites that are not up to date while still accessing our own.  A new Workspace LTSR was just released, but I've not tested it against those sites.

If MacOS users, Workspace compatibility is version specific, make certain they're checking the compatibility statement on the download page before they install.

Check the Netscalers (If used) to ensure you're running the proper ciphers there also.
