O365 shared licensing issue in XenDesktop

I'm not sure if this is a Citrix issue or Microsoft.  We use XenDesktop with Win10 desktops and O365, we also use WEM to copy user profiles to a share, including the O365 tokens that get created when we log into O365, the get stored int C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Licensing and when we sign off they get saved into the users profile on the share:




However when we log back in we get this message and have to sign back in which is a pain every time.  The thing is we sign in with our AD credentials from our domain (UPN - username@domain.co.uk), but the O365 account is from our our new owners (first.last@domain.com) domain/tenant.


Office was installed as a shared installed too as documented by Citrix.








I wonder if that is the issue or something else?
