Remote PC requires restart after user logs into console

Question

We seem to be having an issue with 7.15ltsr and Remote PC.  If a user logs into their desktop on console and either disconnects or logs off, they cannot connect to remote pc.  I will need to reboot their pc first.  The session states that the current user is - but it shows a console session connected via 127.0.0.1...once i reboot the session details are cleared  and the pc its fine.

 

We have users working staggered days sometimes from home sometimes from the office so it is causing a lot of grief.
