Customer "Support"? X1 Mouse

Trying to get X! Mouse to sync up on my ipad to use the workspace app. It's not syncing after following instructions. Called the "support" desk and after 25 minutes of the person explaining that they can't help me took my info to create a case. Took more effort to explain why they couldn't help me than to just take 5 minutes and walk me through the process. Can anyone take a few moments to help before I slam citrix customer support on social media. Thanks
