Chromebook - RealTime Media Engine support for AMD.

Mark Robins1709161861

I normally run Citrix Workspace and HDX RealTime Connector on Windows10, but have recently started using Chromebook.

However, no audio/video when using Skype through Citrix session.... looks like this is because system requirements for RealTime Media Engine are only Intel Chromebook support, and I have AMD

Installation of "Workspace" is from PlayStore as "Citrix Workspace"  from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/citrix-workspace/haiffjcadagjlijoggckpgfnoeiflnem/related errors with:

3006: The Endpoint Analysis Plug-in failed to start.

Any idea if/when AMD support will be available?   Is it on Beta?

Update : I've just joined the beta on the Playstore, not sure if this will address my issue yet, but will start using tomorrow.

Update 2 :  I've answered my own question ...  I've joined the Citrix Workplace Beta programme on Playstore, installed v20.3.0 and successfully tested Skype (audio/video/screen share) :5_smiley:  I'll leave this post here for others.
