Need to connect 3 monitors to Citrix Workspace

Phil Lampe

Question

Hello,

First off, let me preface by saying that I'm new to working at home and also new to using Citrix workspace.

So, I have brought the entire workstation home including 3 monitors and tower.   I'm currently able to connect to our Citrix Workspace () successfully it's only visible on one monitor.

Now I need to know if I can get all 3 monitors to work within Citrix workspace.  Is it possible to connect 3 monitors ALL at the SAME time when running

Monitors 1 & 2 are using existing video card VGA and DVI connections respectively, and the third monitor is using a USB to Video adapter (EGA UV+ 16).  Current screen resolution is 1600 x 1200.

Using Chrome and Windows 10 64-bit OS.

Thanks in advance for your replies!

Phil

There are a couple possibilities but try this first;

  • Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon in the system tray:

  • Select "Advanced Preferences"
  • Click "High DPI"

  • Change the setting to "Yes" or "Use Native Resolution"

If one of those doesn't work, there's another change to try.

Ignore the images below.  I tried to delete them but they keep coming back.
