XenCenter Health Check no longer working



Starting last week Health Checks from XenCenter started failing.


I unenrolled and try to re-enroll and enrollment fails.  The error message seems to point to a time-out.  As a test, I tried to login to CIS.cloud.com manually and boy did it take a while, after about 2 minutes I was finally able to get the homepage. 


Is this a known issue?  And would it make sense this is the reason for my errors?
