Citrix Workspace error doesn't launch app - "Only a single agent appears instance can be run within a session!"

Question

Good Morning,

 

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and in need of remote access to work applications, I installed Citrix Workspace and was able to access the applications but when I try to access the applications again, Citrix Viewer does not start the applications and the error "Only a single agent appears instance can be run within a session! "

Can someone help me solve this problem?
