Chromebook (ChromeOS) - Citrix Workspace Receiver - "Citrix Workspace could not verify the specified server or email address" - Error Code. 437

Question

We have several Chromebooks (ChromeOS) that can't establish a connection to our Citrix Virtual Desktop (XenApp\XenDesktop) "Horton Desktop 2012 R2" over WLAN (WiFi) however can establish a connection successfully via LAN (Ethernet-to-USB Adapters) 

 

Anyone any ideas as to what could be the RCA (Root Cause) of the issue?
