I am experiencing issues with the Workspace client for Catalina MacOS - receiving "Please try again in a few minutes" error.

I have two contrasting examples of upgrading to Catalina with the Workspace client - both being personal devices (iMac vs MacBook Air).  With the iMac - I upgrade about a month or so ago and I have been receiving the above referenced dialogue box (please try again...) consistently.  I have removed and installed multiple versions many times with no success.  Recently, I upgraded my MacBook Air and had zero issues.  I feel my focus needs to be on the security profile within the iMac and would like to compare with the MBAir.  Are there any recommendations for focus here?  I spend an hour yesterday going through setting by setting and have yet t find anything.  Any advice?
