Blank app after installing Citrix Workshop on Windows 10

We are having the same problem on several systems after upgrade of Windows 10 Enterprise N to version 20H2 build 19042.867. Opening Workspace application version 2013.1 (21.3.1.25). Storefront and delivery controllers are running version 1912 CU2.

 

Client hardware are Dell Thinkpad X1 Carbon.

 

Rolling back to the prior version of Windows 10 (1909 build 18363.1440) allows Workspace to load properly.

 

Any ideas where to look for the problem?
