I am running into similar issues as well.  This 5 year old Blog post has not aged well, and getting it to work correctly has been a chore.  The comment section on that blog post is also not very encouraging for some of us that have the latest platinum version.  Citrix needs to have this BUILT IN - unacceptable considering of how so many IT teams have managers and leadership relying on basic reporting function and health for their workforce.  Especially with COVID19 causing a massive uptick in our resources.

Pulling custom reports manually can be time consuming and automating this email report would be amazing for EVERYONE.  If I can even get this thing to work correctly I would love to update the HOW-TO documentation, but the author of the Blog Post has abandoned it.  I also have many farms all feeding into our director, so there doesn't seem to be a way to define that, unless I'm missing something?

Manoj, if you get this to work please let us know. So many of us would be very thankful.

The tool is failing to execute. Looks like it is not compatible with Citrix 7.16

Whenever, "DirectorReportEmailingInstaller" executes during the schedule, we are getting the below error in the eventvwr

startIndex cannot be larger than length of string.
Parameter name: startIndex   at System.String.Substring(Int32 startIndex, Int32 length)
   at System.String.Substring(Int32 startIndex)

at DirectorReportEmails.Service1.LinqReport(CallBackObject Report)System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string.
