Cannot Contact the Server - Error Message

We use the Citrix Receiver app on our company Chrome devices.


Recently we have have had reports of the following appearing "Cannot connect to the server.  Please contact your helpdesk....." screenshot attached.


The following has been tried:


Cleared cache

Uninstall & reinstall

Checked and/or Update Chrome version if needed

Remove app, then user account and reinstall


In the end I had to uninstall and factory reset one of the Chromebooks for it to then allow access using the app.  

Our URL for access has not changed and this is only affecting 3 users currently.


After all of the above, one user has come back to me this morning and said that the issue has now come back and will she have to keep factory resetting the device every time her Chromebook is shut down/restarted.


Has anyone else got this issue?  I can create a log as it does not capture any helpful information, it's not getting far enough.
