WEM management console in Citrix cloud never loads

I'm also experiencing the same thing.  in the past,  you could access it after a second attempt, but as of last week, it is no longer accessible.  I just get bounced back to the Citrix Cloud Home page when I click on the "Manage" button within the WEM Management page.  I have also tried multiple browsers, but with the same result. 

 

This has been escalated to Citrix Cloud support today (18-05-2020).   I hope Citrix can resolve this quickly and offer a more consistent experience in relation to the Citrix WEM Cloud console.
