Users are not able to see the apps citrix receiver

Question

Hi All,

when user is connected to his system, he is not able to see the apps in citrix receiver, but  he is able to see the apps in the browser.

when I share my screen to the user and he is login to my system he is able to see the apps in citrix receiver.

 

i am wondering about the issue, if the issue is with local network, both citrix receiver and browser also he is not able to see the apps,but he is able to see the apps in Browser.

 

we have this issue around 15 people in the same location users,other location user are fine- then can access both citrix receiver and browser aswell.

 

Please give some suggestion on this issue.
