Unable to add admin users in Citrix Cloud - ID and Access Management


Question

Hi Experts, we are facing an intermittent issue. I am trying to add users for administrative job purpose and getting an error "An unrecognized error occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later. Incident ID......"

I logged in my Citrix cloud->Went to ID and Access Management -> Selected the Azure AD and provided the ID I would like to add. It was looking that its trying to search the ID but in a couple of seconds got the error. 

Already verified my AD and it is up and running.

We have 2 cloud connectors and 1 FAS server. Workload are on Azure cloud.
