Why does Office 2019 Standard keep needing RE-activation??

We have Office 2019 Standard (volume license, device-based) installed via Click-to-Run on five Citrix servers (Windows Server 2019), and its MAK key installed to all these servers.

This is plain vanilla CVAD 1906, no app layering or other fancy stuff. :)

NO previous Office version was ever installed...only Office 2019 Standard and Access 2019.

This is not Office 365.

Randomly, a server "loses" its activation and frustrates everyone because they cannot do their work.

Already verified each server has only one license for Office 2019 Standard.

It is then necessary to open VAMT (Volume Activation Management Tool), figure out which server ost its MAK activation, then re-activate the server, which doesn't take long but should not be necessary to do repeatedly.

WHY does Office 2019 keep losing its activation and telling people it is not activated??

HOW does one fix this?? I haven't found any answers anywhere...
