Cannot Start Desktop in the Citrix Workspace on my new MacBook Pro

I have installed the latest version of the Citrix Workspace (Version: -2001) on my MacBook Pro on Catalina 10.15.3 but I keep on having problems when I launch one of my available desktops.

I keep getting the message "Cannot start desktop - contact helpdesk "

On my old MacBook this works fine and also some colleagues who use the workspace App on the Mac with Catalina don't have these problems.

Ik already tries severals times an uninstall and reinstall without success!


What is the problem ???
