Question

My current environment is Citrix virtual desktop 7.15  cu4.

 

Chromebook connecting from external network has session freeze. when we tested the session freeze on virtual desktop we noticed that when it happens we noticed the background storefront or netscaller page has "session timeout popup".  Session timeout does not lock session on workspace on windows OS.

I have tried removing work space and receiver and tried launching only with HTML and still the same behavior on CB

tried with workspace only and tried with receiver only and still the same behavior on CB
