Debian 10 - Workspace - Vertical Mouse alignment

Question

Hello,

Im having issues with vertical mouse alignment on Debian 10.

On the top of an application the mouse and the spot the application thinks the mouse is at is correct. However, as you go down the application, the alignment gradually becomes further away.

I have included a video of the issue as well as version of the client and specs of my machine.
