Outlook 365 and Citrix Profile Management


Hi, I've got some trouble with adding account to Outlook 365.

Outlook 365 is starting, find the e-mail alias for the user and I can push the Connect button.

Then it start "spinning" for some seconds and a error "Something went wrong" appears.

Have been looking for error logs, but no luck.


I've tried to disable Citrix User Profile Management and then it's no problem to add account and start Outlook 365.


The VDA is running on a Windows Server 2019, Citrix XenApp 1912 LTSR and Citrix Profile Management 1912.


Anyone know something about this error?
