Workspace Error

Hi all,

 

Recently I have upgraded my Citrix Netscalers (ADC) to 12.1 and then patched to fix the latest vulnerability. Previous version was 10.5 66.6 nc. We were having some issues with Catalina which required to add newer ciphers that were supported only on 12.1. 

 

However since the upgrade, Workspace just refuses to work with the Gateway. 

If I log into the gateway and use the HTML version of Receiver, it works.

 

But if we log into storefront and and activate and download the receiver config file and open via workspace it throws an error.

 

'Error is cannot connect to the server'

 

Not sure where the error i.e, NetScaler or Strorefront or it maybe a bug or a simple misconfiguration.

 

Anyone facing this issue at all?
