WEM 1912 agent launch locks desktop during login

Hi Guys,


We have recently upgraded to WEM 1912 on our Windows 10 Citrix VDI's ( 1912 VDA ) and during login when WEM agent is launching everything locks up on the machine for at least 5 seconds and when the agent Icon on taskbar shows up we can use the desktop again. While this is not a big problem it is affecting the login times which is a concern for users. Has anyone else been having the same issue or has a fix ? I also need to mention that I have disabled WEM user logon service. Thanks.
