Issue with Session timeout

Hi guys

 

i have an issue with a user, who is logging via Citrix Netscaler. He receives that message (see print screen). I'm not aware of any setting, where i configure a session time limit. Does anyone know, if that is a setting on the Netscaler in the session policy? I see there a setting "Session-Time-Out (Mins)" of 30 Minutes from the global setting. But i'm not aware that i changed that setting on any other applicance we run.
