Disable encrypted communication with the back end servers

Recommended Posts

What do you mean?

Are you trying to do a front end ssl/backend unencrypted load balancing scenario (aka ssl offload) or something else?

For load balancing, you would define SSL for HTTPS (or SSL_TCP for encrypted tcp communication) on the lb vserver. And then define backend services as type HTTP (or TCP) depending on the underlying protocol.  Keep in mind, usually we recommend end-to-end ssl to maintain security in transit on the wire; but this would do ssl frontend only.  You will need a cert on the lb vserver for the frontend communication.

If you aren't referring to load balancing, give a few more details to clarify your objective.
