Workspace App on iOS not working

Hi folks

 

I've got some trouble with iOS Workspace app. iOS Version is 13. A support case with citrix is already open and they escalated this case to next level. I'm not really sure if the engineer knew what he was talking about, because I assume that the problem is caused by session profiles on netscaler. 

 

iOS app is not connecting to our netscaler. With android it works like a charm. Enter the url, login with username & password and I can see the apps and desktops. 

 

But on iOS, when entering the url, it just goes back to the "rnter URL" screen. After confirming again, an error message appears: "Cannot Add Account - All stores in the discovery document have been loaded".

 

Anybody having any ideas?
