EdgeSight giving error "No Data Available"



Hello All,


I understood ES is EOL product, but still we are dependent on it and the projects are on verge of completion i.e. upgrade to XD 7.15 LTSR.


Now the problem is, getting "No data available" when try to pull data for any date after 1st Jan 2020, same time i'm getting data for any date on/before 31st Dec 2019.


No error in any of RSSH log as well as in SYS_EVENT_TXT.txt log, to my surprise this same behavior observed in other 2 deployments as well.


Is there any date limit set on ES configuration resulting this ?? I did not get any such info from Citrix docs.


Can anyone help me to come out of this situation.
