Teamviewer QS - Citrix Virtual Desktop

Hi,

 

I have installed Teamviewer QS in our Citrix envoritment. I launch it, then i can see id and password. If i try to connect to Virtual Desktop through teamviewer from a local client, it try very fast and then close connection. I do not get any help in the event viewer on server/local client.

 

Teamviewer use these ports and it is open... I have also tried to disabled firewall on the server.

Port 5938. 

TCP Port 443

TCP Port 80.

 

 

I think its strange.. Any ideas?

Hi,

 

Is this on a XenApp environment?

TeamViewer QS won't work very in XenApp, because of the multiple session and also the hostname is the same for all sessions.

I think there is an option you can enable, called "Enhanced Multi User Support", you can try that out.

 

Why not use Session Shadowing for remote support?
