SSO Timeout after Update Receiver to Machinewide installation

Current Situation:
Receiver/WorkspaceApp is installed org Wide per User in many different Versions
Exchange the different Versions via Software Deployment in the System Context of the Endpoint (installation in Systemcontext) to eg. Workspace App 1907
Configure the a GPO for the Workspace App (SidetoZone, Store, ...)
Software Package created which do the following:
1. Run the Receiver CleanUP Utility
2. Install Workspace App /enableSSON /Silent
3. Reboot (manual triggerd)

User logon (User have a existing local profile on the Workstation and perviosly installed Receiver in the UserContext), workspace app starts, showing a white screen and displays "not Responding" after some Minutes there commes the Message, that the logon is not possible.
New User logs on on the same machine, workspace app runs and logons the user to storefront, Apps are displayed in workspace app and startmenu

we have the same situation, when we do the steps without the Software Deployment Solution.

So every user which have an existing local User Profile with a previos installed Receiver/workspace App installed have this Situation

When we delte the local profile of the User, all works fine.
When the User opens the machine wide installed Workspace App bevor he reboot the Computer or relogon and type his credentials manualy all works fine and he can work. This works alltough fine after a relogon/reboot


Have anyone a idea to resolve this issue?
