Netscaler gateway Plug in and third party call recording software conflict

We install Netscaler Gateway Plug-in on our standard windows 10 image to allow staff to connect to our SSL VPN when working from home but have recently had an issue when installing audio recording software using winpcap


Even when staff are not connected to the VPN if Netscaler gateway plug in is installed half the recording is not making to our recording server, is there a way to disable the use of audio with the gateway plugin?
