Sage not displaying correctly

We have a customer using Citrix Workspace (1905) to run remote apps (Sage apps).

Recently some of the users (2 of 3 that I tested) started having issues.  It seems like a graphic issue with the remote apps (see below).  The remote apps don’t seem to have a Window. On image 1 when the user clicks OK to open a company it instead opens a Sage Help window. And the sage help window is mostly unresponsive.  It’s almost like in the sessions the graphics are shifted and the mouse is clicking off to the right of what we think it’s clicking on.
