Citrix Workspace App no longer works since MacBook Pro was updated to Catalina iOS

Hello, I updated my MacBook Pro to Catalina iOS a few days ago and the Citrix Workspace App (CWA) no longer works since then. I uninstalled and installed the latest version of the CWA and the one before it but I keep getting the message "The SDK context supplied is not valid for the function called." I contacted my IT dept who, after many telephone calls and tries, referred me to contact your customer support center.


Your customer support center just told me I needed to create an account with Citrix before they would be able to help me and no further help was offered until then. I went ahead and created an account and I now see that I am being asked to become a Customer Success Service Customer and pay money before being helped further. I understand that it has already been established that there is a bug with the latest CWA and the technical dept has been called upon to fix it since due to the accelerating number of similar concerns rising from the community of Citrix users.


Would you please help me?
