SecureMail Android Sync

Hi all,

 

we have again some problems with SecurMail and the synch.
This is especially noticeable on Android.
Automatic sync in the background does not work and when you open securemail the sync process takes 20-30 seconds.
We have had this problem for months.

I'd like to know if there are others who have the same problem and are possibly from German speaking countries.

 

On the Exchange there are errors concerning
A notification for subscription ****** against endpoint https://eu-west-1.mailboxlistener.xm.citrix.com/********* couldn't be sent. (Send attempts: 2) Details: WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. StatusCode: InternalServerError Internal Server Error    at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult)
   at Microsoft.Exchange.Services.Core.NotificationServiceClient.HandleResponse(IAsyncResult responseAsyncResult)

 

The * is supposed to act as a placeholder. I don't know if that means anything.
