Xenapp 7.6 Desktop no Audio

We have a Server 2012R2 Citrix Xenapp 7.6 environment with HP T520 Thin Client Terminals. If I connect via the terminal to a Citrix Desktop I get Citrix HDX Audio on the Playback Tab of Sounds, But on the Recording Tab it says no audio devices installed.


If I RDP onto the same Citrix server from the same client, I get both Playback and Recording for Audio

The webcam, with integral mic is a Logitech C390e device.
