Question

Okay so we have been through 3 groups of people setting this up as a pilot.  First was Nutanix who built us a cluster to host this. Then the next was a Vendor/Expert specializing in Citrix. Then finally Citrix support. It was originally setup with the first using the directions in Carl's blog. Each group has had to give up at some point. The first group was able to setup an internal access Store Front and Delivery Controller but could never get the Netscalers working.  The second eventually got the Netscalers running but could never get the External part working for smart card authentication with computers off the network using a hotspot.  The second group had built another store front for both external/internal access with smart card authentication and Pass-through the Citrix gateway. Finally Citrix helped trouble shoot that after the second group got the netscalers figured out and finally helped getting SC logins from an external computer.  Then all of the sudden it all stopped working again with https on 443 unless in the Store Front  in managing the Delivery Controllers you changed the transport type back to HTTP for both internal and external(Sigh).   Where Citrix left off looking at it again they offered the following: https://www.jgspiers.com/securing-ddc-xml-broker-communication-over-https/

But that error is more specific than the error I'm seeing in Event viewer which is in the title and is generic although the error message in the receiver id the same after SC login.

Some more background we are DOD on NIPR I'm a contractor and don't have the knowledge/access to the Netscaler my Civilian Team Lead picked the next part after I did original install to work with the Netscaler part. Current DDC and Store Front are 1903.1 and the Receiver Workspace 1904.

Thank you
