Citrix account getting locked while AD account is not locked.

Question

Citrix account getting locked while AD account is not locked. We see this log in Eventviewer. Appreciate any help or pointing to right direction -

 

The Citrix Broker Service failed to validate a user's credentials on an XML service. 
 Verify the trust relationships between your domains. 
 Error details: 
User:  'DOMAIN\xxxxxxxx' 
Error: 'LockedCredentials' 
Message: 'Account Locked Out' 
Stack Trace: ''
