Citrix SCOM Management Pack for XenApp and XenDesktop Agent (ComTrade.MP.XenDesktopServices.exe) crashing permanently

we are facing a major instability issue with the Citrix XenApp XenDesktop Management Pack agent (Citrix SCOM Management Pack for XenApp and
XenDesktop 3.14). Since some time the service (Name: Citrix MPXAXD Agent, Process: ComTrade.MP.XenDesktopServices.exe) is constantly crashing with the following exception:




Event 1026, .NET Runtime

Application: ComTrade.MP.XenDesktop.Servic.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319

Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.

Exception Info: System.Net.HttpListenerExcpetion



The following event is also logged in the Application log




Event 1000, Application Error

Faulting application name: ComTrade.MP.XenDesktop.Service.exe, version 4.14.358.0

Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version 10.0.14393.3321
Exception code: 0xe0434352


What we already tried:

- Reinstalling the agent from SCOM
- Updating its configuration from SCOM
- Uninstalling the agent and installing it manually


Anyone else facing this or having an idea what could be the cause here (HttpListener)?
