Citrix workspace/sonicwall firewall issue

Question

We have 10 computers/workspaces that run citrix workspace version 4.03.00.00.  Throughout the day, the application, that uses citrix to run, disconnects briefly.  This happens anywhere from 10-20 times per day, disrupting work for all users.  The IT person we use blames it on the firewall we use, a sonicwall tz300, but cannot solve the problem.  Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated!
