Single User Unable To View Images in Secure Mail

I have a particular user who is unable to view inline images in Secure Mail on any device. All they see in the email is an x where the image is supposed to be. I have had them try on their iPhone, iPad, and two test iPhones that I had with the latest update and have had no luck. When they forward that email to me or any one else using secure mail, the other user and myself can see the images properly.  User is BYOD running MAM only. I have done the following steps


  • Uninstall all the apps (secure hub/mail/web) & check to see if any profiles remained on the device
  • Deleted device and user from endpoint management
  • Reinstalled all secure apps and had user re-enroll
  • Even tried enabling "show pictures" option in secure mail settings with no luck (Option is typically disabled on all devices and causes no issues for other users)


If anyone else have any other options to try, that will be great. Thanks!
