Best way to give helpdesk gateway insight data

Question

Hello,

we have virtual desktops platinum with netscaler platinum and netscaler adm running in newest versions.

Our external authentication is protected with a second factor, a token from safenet. 

Citrix adm is integrated in director and our helpdesk can see session informations. 

But at the moment, they cannot see authentication issues, wrong password, wrong username or invalid token.

 

Which is the best way to give our helpdesk access to those gateway authentication issues? Is in director any possible way? Our should they open a second tab to citrix adm to see those issues ?
