Help Citrix Claro Empresas


Question

Hello, I am new here. 

 

I need help, I am new user Citrix, and was one week that I don´t get logon, because error: "You have exceeded the concurrent connection limit. Please contact your System Administrator."

 

I use the system: Claro Empresas - CPC / FEV / IW

 

Can help me?
