CQI Stuck at Gathering Data

Unfortunately I'm facing the same issue on my environment. Presently I'm running CQI 19.9.0.33, VDA Windows Server 20191809  XD 7.15 LTSR CU 04.

 

I don't know if my problem is related of this pre reqs on https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX220774 like below that shows no support fo Windows 2019 :44_frowning2:

 

Supported Operating Systems

Microsoft Windows 10

Microsoft Windows 8.1

Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1

Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 with Service Pack 1
