Call control buttons doesnt work in Citrix

Hi!

 

As the subject says we are having issues using the call control buttons on our Jabra headset connected with USB in Citrix Hypervisor 8 with our Softphone software.

The buttons work on the local desktop but not in citrix.

 

The microphone and speakers works good but not the buttons on the headset.

We have HDX 2.8 installed on local devices, latest version of Workspace app is in use.

 

Policies for "Client USB device redirection", "Audio over UDP real-time transport", "Audio Plug N Play", "Client Audio Redirection", "Client Microphone redirection", "HDX Adaptive Transport" is created and enabled.

 

Does anyone know if there is any way to get full functionallity on the call controll buttons as the links below says?

@Nicolás Ventre i tried to set Client Audio Redirection" and "Client Microphone Redirection" as Prohibited now, but then my device wont redirect in to Citrix at all. Its shown as "Policy restricted" after setting above to as prohibited.

Before i found the Jabra device as "Redirected" under the "Devices"-list in the citrix session, not now. 

Any idea for that?
