App Crashing for all users on panasonic laptop with receiver 4.9 and win 10

We have a user on a panasonic C1 toughbook laptop with windows 10 that had Citrix receiver 14.12 on that when launching a published citrix application, once in the application and pressing a button within the application it would crash. We originally thought this was application related, until we saw that the issue does not occur on other laptops/workstations for him and does occur for me (as a system admin) on his laptop. 


I've tried doing a clean removal of Citrix receiver and fresh install on the application vendor's recommended version 4.9 LTSR, I've ensured all previous sessions are cleared on the server and this is a crash not disconnect, and tried modifying his user account within the application to try to rule out application behavior. 


We are Xenapp 7.15 CU4 for our citrix environment.


Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to other things to try or suggestions on potential configurations to check?
