Question

Problems starting Citrix Workspace app on macOS 10.15.1 over LAN.

The problem is that we can not start the Workspace app and always get a message that the server can not be reached.
This only happens if we are connected via LAN in our network. If we try it if we are only connected to the network via Wi-Fi, it works without problems.
What could be the problem when connecting via LAN?
Could it be a problem with the NetScaler or a missing PlugIn on the Mac?

Help, who can help us.
